This website, themostmissed.com, is operated by The Most Missed ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our products

Every item is printed to order just for you by our print partners. Colors may look slightly different in person than on your screen, and small variations in printing are normal. We do our best to describe and picture every product accurately.

Not a substitute for professional care

Our books, guides, and products are meant to support conversations about grief. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical or mental health advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If a child is struggling with intense or lasting distress, or you are worried about their safety, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.

Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain a pricing or listing error; if we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full. Payments are processed securely through Shopify, and we never see or store your full card details.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Because each item is made to order, please allow about 1-2 weeks for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and replacements

Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect selection. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.

Free resources

Printable resources on our site are provided free for personal, classroom, and professional use with the children and families you support. Please do not sell, republish, or redistribute them without our written permission.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the story, characters, illustrations, text, logos, and designs, belongs to The Most Missed and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell any of it without our written permission.

Reviews and comments

If you submit a review or comment, you give us permission to display and share it on our site and social media. Please keep submissions honest and kind. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading, or shares private information about others.

Our store runs on Shopify, and orders are fulfilled by third-party print partners. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
